in Flow Psychotherapy, support moving through life’s transitions

_______

For people looking to make a change or wanting support adjusting to a new chapter of life.

Accepting clients in Bozeman, MT and online across California.

Hello & Welcome.

I work with people who haven’t been feeling like themselves — people who are tired of overthinking and ready to move forward with intention.

Together we can move from anxious rumination to finding your voice, being present, and enjoying your life with more ease.

Therapy can feel like a big step, if you have any questions or want to chat before getting started please reach out. I look forward to speaking with you.

I've spent years studying the relationship between hormonal fluctuations and women’s mental health — research that led me to write Mindful Menstruation: A Practical Guide to Menstrual Cycles and Mental Health.

While we don’t need to talk about hormones in every therapy session, acknowledging their impact on mental health can greatly impact our work. The book is written for clinicians and for the everyday client. I also encourage partners and loved ones without cycles to learn this material so they can better understand the women in their life.
