Hello & Welcome — I created In Flow Psychology as a place to bring together mindfulness, creativity, and authenticity to the therapeutic space.

I believe therapy offers a unique space to focus on yourself and uncover what might be getting in the way of living the life you want. I work with adults who are often ambitious but anxious, strong but soft, courageous but cautious. My therapeutic style encourages slowing down so you can approach life with more clarity and purpose. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that brought you to this point, and begin shaping a path toward lasting, meaningful change.
