About Joanna
PASSIONS // BELIEFS
Joanna believes our body mind connection is an integral part of psychotherapy. She believes growth happens both inside and outside of the therapy room. She doesn’t think everyone needs to be in therapy, but she does believe everyone would benefit from it at some point in their lives. She advocates for clients to take small steps outside of session to support changes they want to see in their lives.
