Common questions before we dive in.

Step 1

PHONE CONSULTATION

Before we dive in, I hold a 15-20 minute consultation so I can hear what you’re seeking in therapy. At this time I can answer any questions and discuss the process of getting started in more detail.

What is the process like to begin therapy?

Step 2

INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT

You will have the opportunity to fill out intake paperwork and set some Intentional time to reflect on what you are seeking in therapy. Then we will hold a first session for an initial assessment and to identify your goals in therapy.

Step 3

SESSIONS

I see clients for weekly sessions to give us an opportunity to build a foundation and maintain momentum working together. While it is never a linear process, the experience of therapy is nurturing, challenging, and transformative.
